If you are receiving a blank surfbar then it means that you do not have Javascript enabled on your browser. Please verify the following...
Some things to check in your browser`s settings:
- Cookies must be enabled
- Make sure that your security settings are not set too high
- Make sure that javascript is not disabled
- Make sure that your browser is set to look for new page content on every visit.
If you continue to have trouble after verifying all of these settings then please submit a trouble ticket in our Support Center.
